Customer information

1. Add the desired items to the cart. Click product heading to get ahead. To get a bigger picture of products - click the picture.
2. When completed, proceed to checkout.
3. Verify customer data including invoice and delivery address and reference and proceed to confirm your purchase.
4. You can always edit details when finalizing the ordering i.e. in case you are placing an order for someone else.
5. After purchase, you automatically get a purchase confirmation and shortly thereafter, an order confirmation from Felestad New Wave Profile with information of all ordered items. On this confirmation you can also find a four-digit customer number to be used if you would like to contact Felestad New Wave Profile.
6. The order is handled and distributed within 1-7 days depending on product type (Stock products ordered before 11.00 am are distributed the same day)
7. The invoice is sent to your e-mail or stated delivery address
8. You can always access previous orders via “My Account”

Payment

Payment by invoice, please make sure that billing address and references are correct. Invoice from Felestad New Wave Profile will be delivered by mail to your billing address.

Delivery

The options available to choose from are: Post's DPD Corporate Packages, with delivery at. 18:00 the day after and/or abroad DPD or UPS. We always select the most cost efficient way of transport.
The fixed shipping price you see in the basket will be corrected along what you have placed an order for.
